The 165m2 holiday home, constructed and decorated in 2015, comprises: large 45m2 living/dining room with 40" Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, and Movistar TV, and access to the 40m2 furnished terrace with dining area and sofa with wonderful views overlooking the Mediterranean, pool, and tropical gardens; fully-equipped furnished kitchen with Siemens appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nesspreso coffee maker, etc.) and a tasteful serving hatch to the dining area; master bedroom with double bed and access to the main terrace; second bedroom with twin beds, work desk, and access to a small private balcony; two complete marble bathrooms, the first with hydromassage bathtub and separate shower, the second with shower over bath.
