The apartment is spotless and beautifully decorated. It is well equipped and when we did need something, Barbara and Christine were very responsive and sorted it quickly.
The Chora is beautiful, with plenty of tavernas, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, souvenir shops, a couple of supermarkets and of course, the castle.
At night it is bustly, particularly at the weekend, but not loud or rowdy. We had a car and would recommend that but there is a bus stop where the local bus comes and goes.
The apartment has a balcony with a parasol and it is idyllic sitting having your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine looking across the Chora. We loved it and would certainly stay here again.
There was really nothing to dislike but it is worth mentioning the obvious - this is a Chora, built high up, like an amphitheatre. Therefore, it is not for people with mobility issues. The car park and bus stop are at the bottom of the town and everywhere you walk will involve some cobbled streets, often steep.
There are lots of cats, as in most Greek towns and villages. With cats - comes cat smells so be prepared for that and maybe keep windows closed when possible.
