The location was perfect for us.
On arrival the house wasn’t clean. The back doors had been left open. The kitchen sink was covered in dirt. There was dog hairs everywhere. The towels were soaking wet and there wasn’t enough for 8 people. There was no hand towels in the toilets. The bathroom bins were full. There was no tea towels. There wasn’t anything for us to clean the work surfaces with each day whilst we were there so we had to go out and buy cleaning products as well as toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar and some kitchen utensils. The bath mats were dirty and covered in hairs. The dishwasher was full of plates etc from the previous people. The owner did send a cleaner back to the house whilst we were there but she couldn’t understand what we were trying to say to her so it was hard for us to get what we needed. It is such a shame I’ve had to leave a bad review as the location was perfect for us and it would be a very nice house if it was cleaned and looked after.
