Welcome to this Beautiful New Construction Four-plex in Kemah, TX. Located just steps away from the famous Kemah Boardwalk. Luxury Amenities: Stainless Steel Appliances, Recess Can Lighting, Garden Baths, and much more.. Appliances include: Microwaves, Range/Ovens, Dishwashers, Garbage Disposals, Celling fans in all bedrooms, and washers/dryers. Located walking distance to Wal-Mart, Target, Chili's, Home Depot, T-Bone Toms, Tookies, Portofino Marina and all the local Kemah Pubs & Gift Shops.

Good news, then bad news.
The good news is that the property was conveniently located, felt safe, accomodated our weekend needs and the AC worked terrific. The owner communicated well and was swift to respond to our requests.
The bad news is that the cleanliness fell well short of what we expected. Check in was delayed an hour for the purpose of cleaning, yet when we arrived, it was clear that the bed sheets in the master had not been changed there were stains and hairs on the sheets. There was no bed comforter or blanket on the bed. When we stripped the sheets to wash them, the pillows were also in need of washing. There were no towels, soap or toilet paper in the master bath as communicated in the online listing. Towels were in the closet and on the dresser and there were only two washrags in the entire apartment. The online listing indicated 2 King beds, but they were queens. The online listing showed 4 bar stools, there were only 3. The toilet paper dispenser in the 2nd bathroom was broken and did not appear 'safe'. The master bath was the worst in that there was an excessive amount of mildew/mold on the shower head and the drain plug. There was toothpaste residue in the toothbrush holder.
As mentioned above, Jessica was responsive when we communicated our cleanliness concerns and the absence of toilet paper in that she rushed out to the store to purchase new sheets, TP, cleaning products and brought us extra washing supplies.
No $ concession was offered.
