Die Wohnung ist für Leute geeignet, die gut Treppensteigen können. Zum einen ist die Treppe im Treppenhaus in den ersten Stock sehr steil. Die Treppe innerhalb der Wohnung ist noch steiler und sehr schmal. Wir konnten sie nicht hochgehen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt, stösst man mit den Knien unter das Mini-Waschbecken. Die Bestecke und teilweise das Geschirr waren nicht sauber. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Zudem waren während unseres Aufenthalts im Nebenhaus noch Bauarbeiten, so daß eine erhebliche Lärmbelästigung bestand.
