4th star Holiday hotel has good level of room stuff qulification, with some exseptions.
There's nothing in the room for coffee or tea. (No coffee maker, kettle, or coffee or tea bags.) Why even it has a refrigerator if, looks like it's just there for show? There's no ironing board, even though there is a conference room. What if I need to iron for my suit? I think these items are required for a 4-star service level. I'd like to point out the shuttle service to the airport. It was prompt and at the recommended price at the requested time (5:45 a.m.). Rating -5 stars.

No shower gel given. Only shampoo.
How can this be a 4* hotel? Shower is leaking out water to bathroom floor

The hotel is on a very busy road, but the room is well insulated. The room and especially the bathroom is extremely small.
