Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
HOUSE RULES:

Check out is 11am
No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
No pets (There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals)

We absolutely loved this house! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. The outdoor space is huge and has lots of fun spaces. We will stay here again!

This location was perfectly described and did not disappoint. We loved everything about it. Highly recommend. Close to town, but not 'in town' which was perfect for us.

Our stay at Tudies was amazing. First the home was beautiful. There was plenty of space. All appliances are up to date. The rooms we'll appointed. The master bedroom is huge and the bathroom was perfect. The owners have paid attention to detail. This home has almost everything. The backyard was a great place to relax after a long day. The location of the home was great. We were close to everything.

My husband and I booked this home based off of listing description and reviews.
We both work crazy jobs and looked forward to a much earned vacation, and with only a week we decided on Fredericksburg. Excited to experience Fredericksburg and all it had to offer during the days, and have a nice quiet location to unwind at afterwards.
House was just as beautiful as described, unfortunately nowhere in the description or in the photos does it say or show that there is a workshop on this property. We were only made aware of this on 2nd day when we came back to the house in mid morning after getting a bite to eat, and saw a truck and heard an electric saw with someone in shop working, and he was there late into night. After having this happen to us again on the 3rd day we decided to leave a night early and booked a night somewhere else.
Very unhappy that we were not informed ahead of time that this location has a workshop on property that will be in use while you rent…we would have never rented this property if we had been given accurate information.
