About this house rental
The Stone Cottage is located just one and one half blocks from Fayetteville's downtown square. The city walking trail, from the downtown square to the city park, passes right by the cottage. It is a short walk to the park which offers picnic area, water features, a small museum, scheduled live music and access to the Elk River.

You cannot beat the location of this house. It was close enough to walk to the coffee shops, stores, and restaurants. The house has been kept true to that of a mid 1900’s stone cottage, but the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated so that they are useful. It was clean and had everything we needed to have a stay that was pleasant for our family. The host was easy to work with. *also the neighboring houses were cute and it was on a safe street.

The location is great. It is located 1 block from the downtown square. We had a small hiccup after we checked in and it was taken care of immediately. It’s a nice quiet place to unwind and disconnect from it all.

Overall stay was wonderful, a couple hiccups but the owner got it fixed right away. Was a nice trip and stay.
