This home is a brand new, newly furnished, two story four bedroom 5.5 bathroom free-standing house in the Donelson Area. 5 minutes to the Airport. Beautiful backyard space with 7 Person Hot Tub and fire pit! With spacious bedroom suites we have plenty of space for large groups traveling together. The open style of the house makes it ideal for groups, families, or work teams to enjoy time together! Close to the airport, Opryland Hotel and downtown!

The standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover, so we ask that you leave the space in a reasonably tidy condition out of respect for their time and effort. ⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Want to arrive a little earlier or linger a little longer? Early check-in (from 8:00 a.m.) and late check-out (until 5:00 p.m.) may be available — just send us a message ahead of time to check availability for your dates. A small fee applies for approved requests, and availability is limited, so the sooner you ask, the better!
🧳 Luggage Drops Unfortunately, we aren't able to accommodate luggage drops outside of your check-in window. We recommend Luggage Hero, Stow Station, or other luggage storage options nearby — they're super convenient and easy to use!

A few hip Southern eateries and craft beer pubs dot Lebanon Pike, and a seasonal Friday farmers’ market draws crowds for artisanal eats and live music. A greenway trail bisects sprawling Stones River Bend Park. Cooter’s museum celebrates “The Dukes of Hazzard.”

Our home comes with a large parking area w/ample parking for guests. Lyft and Ubers are both available and are very cheap options to get wherever you'd like to go!

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
We are in a RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD!! Please respect that! NO late night, loud cavorting in the backyard. We take this VERY seriously, and if we get a call from a neighbor because you are being too loud, that could result in a $500 fine. Just be respectful of your surroundings and all will be good!

Home was very well equipped, bedrooms were spacious, each with their own baths which is great when traveling with friends and family...Home was clean, comfortable, good location, close to everything we wanted to do while in Nashville.

Nice property, plenty of room for all our guests. Pretty much used the property for sleeping and didn't get to enjoy many of the additional amenities the property had to offer.

Great location, 19 minutes to the Hermitage golf courses. Very clean , newer interior a bathroom with each of 4 bedrooms and another near the pull out sofa area above garage.Would definitely stay here again

We came down for Metallica with our son and 2 of his friends. The house was great for teenagers. They hung out in the other smaller kitchen and had their Playstation and guitars. They played guitars and were up late, but we could barely hear them. Location was about 15 minutes from Nissan Stadium. The neighborhood was quite and quaint. There is a Publix less than 5 minutes from house. Bedrooms were very nice. With en suite bathroomsLoved the kitchen and the couches super comfy! The whole house is decorated very nice. . The backyard was amazing and we wished we could have enjoyed it more. We had a rainy weekend. If the weather would have been better, We definitely would have been out there alot. Check in was a breeze and our host was always in communication. We will definitely stay here again!!!
