it was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the 5 adults we had.
it rained while we were there and the driveway and yard was a mud hole. they may want to put gravel down.

The property is absolutely beautiful.
The neighborhood is nice, private and quiet.
The lake is perfect for fishing, swimming and hanging out on the dock.
The house is nice and cozy but very spacious. The dinning room table was big and accommodating to a large crowd. The kitchen was a decent size with all of the cooking amenities needed. Plenty of dinner wear, cutlery and cups.
The house was nicely stocked with toilet paper, paper napkins, towels and linens.
The ceiling fans in every room was a huge plus. The living room had nice seating and a good soze tv with streaming access. Over all our stay was amazing just with a few downsides.
The patio, patio furniture and fan were extremely covered in spider webs and spiders on every chair.
There was a brand new grill but absolutely no grilling utensils and the grill brush was broken.
The water edge access was covered in branches and sticks which made it hard to access the beach area so possibly cleaning and clearing that area out for the next guest would be better. I wish there were grilling utensils to make our experience easier.
Over all we would definitely stay here again. So I give it a 9.5 out of 10 due to the small inconveniences.
