In addition to the large open family area, the home offers a large covered area beneath to include a screened gaming area with full size slate pool table/ping pong table combination. The area also has a large grill and double enclosed showers. Rental period is from Sunday to Sunday.

Sweet 16 was great. This is our second year staying and it was just as wonderful as the first. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of space to move around with kids. Beautiful view of the sunset over the salt marsh. Everyone enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. John is a great host. So very helpful with questions about the house as well as the island. We hope we can stay again in the future.
