Belltown Perch, Explore like a local - 99 Walkscore!

The host and the place was great! It felt like home away from home. It was very organized and clean. After walking through the city and picking up some dinner groceries, I was able to do a little cooking! I recommend the Belltown Perch!

The host, Vince, is tremendous. Great communication. Prompt response. Caring. Gracious. Amenities: The apartment was bright, airy, spacious and warm. We have everything we need. The mattress was superb. The pillows were very comfortable. The full size kitchen was fully furnished down to the cocktail shaker! Stylish Crate & Barrel dinnerware. Kitchen Aid cutlery and small appliances. All clad cookware. The Nespresso machine, in addition to the drip coffee machine, was the cherry on top for me. Location: Restaurants, shops, etc… were within walking distance.

Location is awesome. The bed was super comfy, linens were fresh and the apartment was clean & functional. Really cool city and ‘sound views. Host was great at staying in touch regarding this & that and our greeter was super nice & prompt; you’ll need to meet someone for a quick orientation and initial access, but don’t let that dissuade you. Clean, comfy, convenient and the full kitchen allowed us to make a really nice Thanksgiving dinner with ingredients sourced from nearby Pike’s Market. Picture perfect. Highly recommend. Would absolutely book again. Kudos, Vince & co.

I am reluctantly giving this experience 3 stars because the owner was very communicative and accommodating, and the location is excellent. The building is very secure, and because of the neighborhood's history, we appreciated feeling safe. Unfortunately, the refrigerator did not stay at a proper temperature, and some of our food spoiled, and our bedding was not clean. It looked clean, but both my husband and I came home with rashes we didn't arrive with. We didn't use the hot tub, and this has happened to us at another rental. I am sure the owner will fix the refrigerator issue and let his cleaning staff know to ensure all linens are cleaned.
