The staff were friendly
My room was very small and the only window led out onto the car park. I had no bedside light and the switch for the main light was on the other side of the room. I was put in a triple room when I booked a deluxe and when I said I wanted to swap and showed the picture of the deluxe room (with a bedside light) I was laughed at and told this was a show picture for the Internet. He was then very sweet and organised a side light but my room was still not nice at all. At breakfast the choices of where to sit was either in the reception area at a big dining table with many others and a TV blaring the news at a very high volume or outside next to the car park. This place is nothing like the pictures!
