Located in the heart of the residential neighborhood of Carignano, our apartment is just a five-minute walk from Genoa's city center. Modern and fully renovated, it is furnished with new, high-quality pieces. The spacious living room features a double sofa bed, a fully equipped open-space kitchen, a dining table, and a TV area. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms (with single beds that can be joined upon request) and two bathrooms.
The apartment is on the second floor of a modern building, very quiet and away from city traffic. It's the perfect solution for families, business travelers, or groups of friends wanting to explore Genoa.

The property is very well situated for exploring Genoa’s historic centre. It is in a pleasant residential area with a couple nice neighborhood restaurants nearby, as well as a good supermarket. The apartment itself has sufficient space, good air conditioning and decent bathrooms. However, it lacks charm and was without certain small features we have had in other apartments we have rented in Europe, like paper towels, dishwashing liquid, extra garbage bags and extra bathroom tissue. In one bathroom, there are no hooks or racks for hanging used towels to dry, which was very inconvenient. As well, the floors did not appear to have been swept or mopped before we arrived, and in one bedroom closet the rod for hanging clothes was broken. The location alone makes the property desirable, but with a little more effort by the manages it would have been great instead of just good.
