The 2nd story is accessible with a private entrance and features 1 queen bed & 2 twin beds, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, coffee maker & condiments, full bathroom (tub only), and a nook for reading.

It wasn't quite as clean as it should have been. Cobwebbs, debris under beds, cigerette butts in porch trays. I had to pay a lot for cleaning, hope the people after me have cleaned place. The home is quaint and beautiful. We loved staying there

Everything was great, my family is already planning another trip this year to stay there. The only small downside was the AC. It worked but since the house was older, it didn't hold 100%. This is also during the summer so I'm sure that also creates extra work during for the unit. I ABSOLUTELY loved the book nook
