Posizione centrale, appartamento vecchio risistemato, impianto elettrico ben funzionante, idraulico, meno: termosifoni vecchi, temperatura in casa non sufficiente, 20 gradi con una temperatura esterna dai -5 ai -10. Richiesto al proprietario aumento senza successo. Infissi rinnovati, ma la condensa era tale che c'era acqua ai piedi della finestra e della porta del poggiolo.Dimensioni della camera buona ma la parte giorno ridotta ai minimi termini. Appartamento pulito, ben fornito di posate, pentole... TV da 24 pollici.
Temperatura dell'appartamento. Impossibile aumentarla. Prezzo elevato per dimensioni e riscaldamento.
