The location of the house was nice. The house was close to the bus terminal to the market in old town. There was every item we needed in the kitchen. The house was generally clean. There were spare sheets and pillowcases. There were enough washing tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher. It was very good to have a beach umbrella. The landlord greeted us in front of the house and paid our tourist tax himself and brought our passports back.
There were no paper napkins and kitchen cloths in the kitchen.

The apartment was comfortable and well-located—close to the old town and right in front of the mall
We had a reservation for 5 people, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa. When we arrived, there were no sheets or other equipment prepared for the fifth person, and we had to wait until the next morning to receive them

Świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok, kilka kroków do sklepów, plaży. Dobra klimatyzacja, czysty apartament.
Parking płatny 20 euro, trochę trudno było dogadać się z osobą obsługującą apartament odnośnie płatności podatku turystycznego, kilka razy chodziliśmy do biura, musieliśmy zostawić dowody osobiste, później po nie wracać, było to trochę uciążliwe w naszych planach.

My stay at this apartment would have been rating 10 review if it weren't for a rough start. I am very specific when making reservations, and if I am unsure about something, I always ask. On the website, I reserved a deluxe apartment and specifically inquired if it had a panoramic view of the sea, as the pictures seemed ambiguous. The response I received was, 'Dear Sir or Madam, this apartment has a panoramic view of the sea. Don't worry the view is perfect. The parking space is additionally charged 20 Euros per day.'
When we arrived, everything seemed to go smoothly at the agency running the place. They were all sweet and nice, providing us with a card for the parking garage and a private spot just for us. The lady accompanied us to the beautiful and clean apartment on the 3rd floor, but to our disappointment, the view did not match the promised 'panoramic' sea view. It could be argued it had a partial sea view, but it was far from what I had expected.
The lady called the agency to resolve the issue, and it seemed like we would quickly switch to another apartment. However, the situation took an unexpected turn when she returned and tried to convince me that there are two apartments listed as deluxe, and she couldn't give us the other one. I showed her the message that clearly stated a 'panoramic' sea view, but they continued to insist that this apartment had the view we were promised, which was nonsense. Needless to say, I was becoming increasingly frustrated with all the confusion.
Determined not to give up, we returned to the agency and spoke with Mrs. Snežana. Initially, she also tried to convince me that I booked the apartment on the third floor, but eventually accepted my complaint and offered a resolution. She suggested that we move to the tenth floor the next day, where we would have the stunning PANORAMIC sea view we desired.
