Marlene apartment is located on the second floor of a typical lake house in the center of Cannobio just 50 meters from the lakefront with all its attractions, shops, bars, and restaurants and 150 meters from the large public car park, the Lido di Cannobio and from the marina. Entering a small courtyard, go up to the second floor and reach the apartment. In front of the apartment there is a balcony equipped with two small outdoor tables and a barbecue. The apartment has a living room with sofa, dining table for 6 people and satellite TV. From here you enter the modern well equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people. From the kitchen you reach a bedroom with a bunk bed and a French bed. On the other side, passing through the living room, you reach the double bedroom with large wardrobe. From the bedroom there is access to the small bathroom in perfect condition with shower and tub. The apartment has been recently renovated and its great convenience is to be in the center of Cannobio in the pedestrian area a short distance from the parking lots. A stay at the Marlene apartment allows you to enjoy a holiday in Cannobio without using the car. In the internal courtyard of the apartment there is a reserved area where it is possible to leave bicycles or other bathing equipment in a closed and safe place. Small pets are accepted with a supplement of Euro 20 per week

Because of the misunderstanding description of the parking we had to pay penalty for roundabout 200 €.

Lage und Kontaktperson top.
Der angepriesen Balkon ist leider der Laubengang im Innenhof, bzw. Wohnungseingang. Keine Klimaanlage, was unter dem Dach doch sehr heiss war. Schade, das der Innenhof vernachlässtig wird, da müssten aber alle Besitzer mit ziehen, dann wäre es spezieller.
Genossen haben wir es trotz allem. Nahe zum Seebad und der Piazza am See. Cannobio immer wieder einmal für ein langes Wochenende.
