The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was large and very comfortable, the shower superb and the location was great near the centre of the small town and close to all facilities. Could not of been better accommodation.
We have visited France well over 100 times and stayed in a vast range of establishments. Never before have we been made to feel such an inconvenience by the owner/host. Not one bonjour, a smile or other friendly comment over the 3 days we stayed. On the first morning we were made to wait around 5 minutes for a refill of hot water and more coffee. It obviously was too much effort. We never asked the following 2 mornings. You never know what is going on in other peoples lives but it felt more like hostility than hospitality. And yes my wife does speak French. Despite all this it did not have a impact on our stay apart from us choosing not to eat in the restaurant. Would we return - probably but would see if there was an alternative first.

The place is located in the middle of the village, so perfect for exploring!
The place was pretty out dated, beds weren't that comfortable .
