The view was the high point…
Didn’t have a washing machine. My mistake, I should have checked, but studios I have stayed in before, have had them, so I assumed. Curtains don’t cover the balcony doors properly, so needed to buy an eye mask, and ear plugs as the street is loud. Also the night from the emergency exit sign above the door is super bright! Didn’t have the best nights sleep in this apartment.

Great location, easy check-in, rooftop bar with views and free drinks, soft and comfortable linens and bed, washing machine downstairs.
Only absolutely necessary things provided - feels like hotel, not homey.
Some instructions on the toilet thrash would have been nice. In all of Athens you should NOT throw toilet paper into the toilet as the old thin pipes cannot handle it and can get clogged easily. Some instructions on where to empty the bin would have been nice.
There is no reception with person.

The hotel is quite easy to find and it is in the center of the city.
The hallway is constantly loud and there is literally no sound proof. There is no way to sleep at night due to either guests or staff are constantly speaking in the hallway even if it is 1 am in the evening. Outside of the property, there is a big notice from locals and it is written 'Tourists, out!'. It is not pleasant to see this every day going out of the property and this creates the feeling that tourists are not welcomed.
