Pretty decent hotel with comfy bed , very good shower, where all the basics are covered more than good.
The room wasn't very clean, they were quite a few marks on the wall probably drawn by child.
Found quite a few hair too on not very clean floor.

Travelling with a car with a roof tent so outside parking without a height restriction was a definite bonus. I felt the 11 euro parking fee was not unreasonable. The metro was an easy 10 minute walk and a direct line to Duomo so no problem getting into Milan. Room was fine, bed comfortable, fridge you have to switch on yourself, there is a switch on the inside top which you have to slide to the left. Decor a little unappealing but not an issue. Kettle in room but not a proper coffee machine, just sachets and a few tea bags. Nothing to see in the immediate area but if travelling with a car and you don't want to drive into the centre its ok.
Biggest off putting thing for me was the 15 euro charge for a very mediocre breakfast. This fee is the same for adults and children so bear this in mind when booking as it can significantly increase the seemingly reasonable price of a stay. My daughter who is 9 had 1 slice of toast and a glass of water and we were charged 15 euros for her breakfast! I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel where kids and adults are charged the same rate for breakfast. Also, on booking.com it gives you a price which it says includes taxes and fees, but after you book you will receive a confirmation email saying city tax not included! I think it was 7 euro extra, but I only booked with booking and not Hotels as booking said the taxes and fees were included and hotels were upfront about the city tax being extra. left feeling a little cheated and would not return.
