Firstly, the room was extremely cold throughout my stay. Despite adjusting the thermostat, the heating system just didn't seem to be effective enough. Additionally, the insulation in the rooms was very poor. I could hear everything that people were saying next to my room, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of attention paid to the heating and insulation in the rooms. These are basic necessities that should be properly addressed in a hotel, and unfortunately, they were not up to par during my stay. I hope that the management can take steps to improve these issues in the future, as it would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
