About this bed and breakfast
Welcome to our gorgeous industrial B&B duplex in the historic district, just minutes away from the Alamodome,Tower of the Americas, Convention Center and Riverwalk. This amazing place is on the first floor of 1900's house where you can get the best of both worlds: "a century old character with new construction amenities". It is bright and clean suitable for couples who are visiting San Antonio for travel or business. We have 1BR/1BA and Sofa Bed available to accommodate 4 people

The following has nothing to do with the rating, it is merely to inform potential renters:Online this is listed as 2 full bedrooms with 2 queen beds plus a common area with a queen sofa bed. This is only a 1 bedroom house. The owners were made aware and said they would fix it on the Vrbo website. Also, being an older restored house, you can hear every movement the upstairs tenants make. And I mean every little footstep. Earplugs were provided in case we needed them for this reason, or the traffic going by, but the noise wasn’t bad enough to use them. Once again, not a big deal, this is merely to inform so there are no surprises. As far as the rating, I give this place 5 stars out of 5! Super nice restored house with everything we needed. Check in was super easy and owners had great communication with me from the start. They are very friendly people in person and it was great getting to chat with them. Also, they gave us some recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area which was greatly appreciated. If I come back to San Antonio I would definitely use this place again if available. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. :)

This was the perfect place for a 40+ girls getaway! The property was clean and quiet. There were a couple of times I needed to contact the owner, and she replied immediately and had a solution immediately. I would recommend 100% and stay again!!

Good place for price and proximity to downtown/riverwalk of San Antonio. Neighborhood (called downtown east) didn’t encourage walking the 1.5 miles to central RiverWalk area. Facility was very clean; a/c worked well; 4-night stay for two but only two days of coffee; no closet or hooks to place or hang any clothing. Small bedroom and small bathroom.
