Firstly, after seeing some of the reviews I was definitely worried about coming, but Halis(owner) reassured me continuously through what’s app for months! The property was clean, spacious and honestly just perfect. After staying there I couldn’t believe the reviews as I don’t feel like they were true at all. The pool was cleaned daily, Halis went out and did a mini food shop for us to be able to arrive and not worry, he ordered a bed guard for my son so that was set up upon arrival, there was plenty of utensils etc. honestly the villa was perfect and we’d stay again without a doubt. We used Mobi bus (bulent) to book all our excursions through so book through them (tell them aimee sent you).
The location of the property is a little rural but it’s not bad, migros was a 8 minute walk, taxi was 8 minutes in total to go to town (Calis town with beach, shops and restaurants). We did hire a car, and used taxi. Taxi was roughly 400 lira one way to town.
There is a ton of ants that do come outside the property by the table, but once we washed them away they wernt an issue. Nothing that couldn’t be fixed! We had the best time here, and as a family of 7 (3 adults 4 children) we were not disappointed.

Mehrere Zimmer zu Verfügung, gut aufgeteilt, mit eigenem Bad
Leider finde ich fehlt das gewisse Etwas auf den ersten Blick sieht das Haus schön aus aber beim genaueren hinsehen und es benutzen sind viele Mängel aufgetaucht.Auch sauber war es nicht wirklich.
Viele Sachen wo fehlen in der Küche ,staubsauger kaputt Schränke kaputt .
Kein Normales Fernseh Programm. Das Internet Kabel war beschädigt und lag offen im Garten wo die Kinder nass drüber fliegen können .Gartendusche defekt. Gartenmöbel beschädigt. Kleines Licht ging nicht in beiden Schlafzimmer.
Mehr liebe zumDetail mann könnte das haus wirklich schöner und Komfortabeler machen. Kein Mülleimer in der nähe .
Bei der Spühlmaschiene Salz, klarspüler alles leer.
Das Haus liegt direkt an einem Teich abends kommt ein ganz unangenehmer Geruch direkt zum Haus so dass man nicht draußen sitzen kann. Sehr sehr viele Mücken ......
