Paradise for kids. Pools, mini discos, ice cream, activities. Close to Lake Garda on foot, just a few minutes walk.
The house we received was quite small and didn't have terrace.

The property was well-situated, but the beach at the lake's shore wasn’t so good. There was everything we needed—a supermarket, restaurants, and pools. The equipment was a little outdated but clean.
Didn't like the approach - made a full refund reservation, the next day I had to shorten the stay so I clicked and it had changed to non-refundable without any notification. As our plane arrived around 8 pm and the check-in was till 6 pm, I asked for a later check-in which was refused. So I wanted to cancel my reservation but it was impossible. It was about a month before travelling, just one day after the free refund reservation which should have lasted about a week. I know the policy but changing refundable to non-refundable without notification in the refundable time doesn’t seem right to me.
During our stay the toilet wasn't flushing, so we immediately mentioned this problem at the reception but nobody came so the whole stay we had to flush the toilet with water and bowl.
