In the heart of the Chalonnaise countryside, in a small quiet residential hamlet nestled in the hollow of a bucolic rural agricultural setting near the vast Gergy forest, a true green lung, dotted with hiking trails in the middle of nature and ponds. Privileged location for all nature and bird lovers, close to several protected sites classified as "Zone Natura 2000": remarkable ecosystem of the Doubs (paradise for kayakers & fishermen, famous for its catfish, zander or carp / exceptional ornithological reserve rich in 160 very rare plant species and varieties); alluvial meadows of the Saône (sheltering many migrating or nesting birds); vast forest complex close to Cîteaux.
