In the hilly vineyards of the Côte de Beaune and near their home, Roger and Arlette welcome you to a house completely renovated thanks to the know-how of Roger, a retired craftsman. The services are of high quality and the finishes are meticulous, everything is done to make the stay comfortable and warm. Ground floor: living room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious shower room with WC and a bedroom (1 bed 160x200). Upstairs: mezzanine lounge with TV and DVD player and a bedroom (1 bed 140x190). Entrance to the gîte is from a private courtyard with a lawn area; another overlooks the owners' courtyard. The cottage is located on the heights of the village and below a large orchard, which the owners make available to you for special moments of relaxation and calm. They will be able to advise you on the walks (many marked paths nearby) and on the tasting cellars, and can even accompany you on hikes on request and make appointments with local winegrowers. Furnished terrace. The Santenay / Nolay greenway passes through the village. Possibility of storing your bikes in a closed room. Baby equipment, WIFI internet.
