Both winegrowers, Marie-Luce & Pierre-Yves (from a line of winegrowers since the 17th century), welcome you to an authentic, characterful hunting lodge from 1630, carefully restored, adjoining their mansion responsible for history (having counted Lamartine among its illustrious guests), nestled on the historic family wine estate of "Château Bonnet" (AOC crus du Beaujolais operated in organic farming). In a peaceful residential hamlet, nestled on the south-facing hillside, in the very heart of the vineyard, overlooking a small green valley of meadows where a fish-filled river meanders. Beautiful hilly setting. Beautiful open view of the countryside & the vineyard. Superb panorama & landscapes. This vast, well-kept property with century-old trees (shared with the owners) offers a beautiful swimming pool (4x8m) with an unusual decor (nestled in the interior courtyard of the castle!), a bucolic little pond (well away from the gîte) as well as a park composed a mini airy wood (housing squirrels as well as a small chicken coop for the happiness of young and old!) and a large grassy garden (a real natural playground!).
