The apartment was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. It was great to have a balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun. It was easy to walk into the city centre but it was also close to a tram stop from where you could travel to the airport or into town. It was 5 minutes walk from the sea front.
Nothing much really. The lighting in the bathroom was dim and I didn’t like having a separate toilet without a hand basin.

Had its own parking. Apartment was large enough. Just kitchen a bit small.
There was supposed to be dishwasher but did not work. Is very small mobile one. Location is bit out of city center but nice walk on boulevard.

Good location . Close to the sea, grocery shops and public transport.
Room on the street side or garden side.
Roof terrace with a view.
The neighbor was a resident in the hotel and was a non stop smoker. Day and night. This means our room was smelling all the time, - I had respiratory issues from inhaling the constant smoke- and we did not enjoy the balcony because the ashtray was outside as well.
The staff was friendly until I expressed my concerns. There was no solution provided. One friendly receptionist the others hardly bothered to greet you back.
There was cleaning on day 2 (change of bedsheets) of a two week stay and none after that. Instead of once a week. After mentioning they would look into it, but the only thing I got was a sorry. Both no solution provided or refund or anything.
These were quite a disappointment for a two week stay. Why not put the resident in a room where no other guests are bothered with the smoke? It was winter it didn’t look fully booked so why not provide to change rooms? With rain it felt like a dark cave when you can’t open the balcony doors due to the smell.
