With such high temperatures, ACs can struggle to cool homes by more than 25 degrees. Boatman bugs are common in pools with biologically safe water. If food is left out, ants will come, and if doors are left open, flies will come. These are a part of life in the desert and not grounds for a refund.
On-Demand Heating:
• Our pool heating system operates on an on-demand basis, meaning it will only be heated when in use or when guests are staying.
• The pool heats up at a rate of approximately 3 degrees per hour.
• Please keep in mind that pool temperatures can drop into the 60s during the winter months.
Heating Costs:
• October through May:
o Pool Heating: $200/day if paid upfront for the entire stay or $250/day if paid daily.
o Spa Heating: $75/day if paid upfront for the entire stay or $125/day if paid daily.
We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and protect your stay:
• To confirm your reservation and verify your identity, we kindly ask you to submit a selfie of yourself holding a copy of your ID. This helps us ensure that you are the person making the reservation.
• The minimum age to book is 25.
• Rentspree application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.
• All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise.
• Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement.
• Pets are subject to the owners approval and additional fees apply. Please inquire with the age, weight, and breed of your pet and we will let you know the associated pet fee if approved. Please note there will be a $500 fee if a pet is brought to the home without paying the pet fee.

Celebrated my 60th birthday with 11 friends.This is exactly what we were looking for. A luxury retreat with plenty of sunshine and backyard space in a huge home with lots of amenities. Every bed was extremely comfortable too. We never left the home… no need to! Everything we needed was right there. The host was accommodating and available immediately for any concerns or questions. Will be returning for sure!!! Thank you.

We had 4 adults and 4 kids at the property and it was perfect. We could have had several more and still had plenty of room. The backyard is absolutely amazing - we all loved the pool! It is huge and the slide is super fun - Everyone participated in activities down at the basketball/pickleball courts and it has lights so you can be out there when the sun has gone down. We haven't stopped talking about how great (and huge) the pool area is - We all highly recommend this property and will be back!

Looks beautiful in photos. But lots of little issues that shouldn’t be issues for a “luxury” rental such as two inoperable dishwashers, no hot water for 3 days, broken pool cues and ping pong paddles, big stains on carpets, broken ice maker, master ensuite faucets rattle around loosely. Could be an epic property if it was cared for.
