We were greeted by cobwebs and a hissing cat on the front mat (later learned it’s the “resident cat”) the front lock wouldn’t work (feel like this type doesn’t work with the sun on it all day) and had to call property manger for assistance. She provided a different code and after a few more tries finally got it to open. I found all the chalk board messages around to be a little much. Other properties I’ve stayed simply have a binder with all the information easy to find in one place. The furniture pieces were nice. Kitchen was stocked ok but found dishes in the dish washer. A nice touch to provide coffee, filters and creamers!
The beds were comfortable but I can’t say the same for the pillows
We had someone ring the doorbell and bang on the front door in the middle of the night! Very disturbing and didn’t make me feel safe!
The shared outdoor space is across the parking space and further away from the house that I had anticipated, and we couldn’t get that lock and code to work either. We used the garage door opener the entire weekend to avoid the hassle the terrible front door lock.
The signage listing the internet code wasn’t listed for in my phone as an option so never could sync up.
Location was just so so and was very surprised to see it was a line up of condos rather than an individual unit.
I’m not sure that I would stay here again. Again ease of entry and exit is critical for stays and this just wasn’t easy.
