Easy check in - all done through online communication and code to lockbox
Super helpful hosts who offered to arrange a transfer to and from the airport - we arrived in pouring rain and wished we'd taken up the offer as it was not easy to work out which bus we needed to take from the airport ( there is one that stops just down the road however)
Amazing array of snacks , cheese , pancetta , bread and milk which we were so grateful for - having got soaked coming from the airport we had no desire to venture out again for a meal although there did look like there were some local options
Lovely comfy beds - although one side of one of the mattresses appeared to have a broken spring ( lying on the other side - no problem)
Very clean and beautifully styled
Lounge seating was more than adequate for our party of 2 but larger parties might be a bit stuck if wishing to relax together in the evening.
One of the bathrooms smelt really bad when we arrived but flushing water through seemed to clear this.
The apartment is on a busy street so expect some traffic noise.

It was great to have milk, meat, cheese and some packaged pastries/bread along with an expresso machine and pods.
Twin beds sagged in the middle but were ok for our one night stay. The other beds were just fine. Review should mention that there isn’t much natural light in living room but again for a one night stay this was not an issue for us.

- The location is in Fiumicino, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. It was fine for an overnight stay before getting to the airport. It was okay. The nearest grocery is about 12 minutes away (walking). Walked to a beach in about 20-25 min. Taxi is 30-35 euros to the airport. The host called for a transfer our second day, and that was only 30 euros.
- It is spacious, so it would be good for a larger group.
- We didn't have time to stop for breakfast, so can't speak to that.
- Wifi was fine. We had to restart it at one point since it was not working, but that solved the problem.
- AC was fine after about an hour or two.
A few things helpful to know:
- There is a nice panini maker in the kitchen
- TV is not a smart TV, so no way to access Netflix, etc.
- Both bathroom stalls had black mold in them. The shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was covered with mold at the bottom.
- Location feels odd. It's in a residential area, and even though it's close to the airport, it felt quite off the beaten path. Seems like tourists are not often in that neighborhood
- Bedding was only okay. Just a thin blanket and sheets.
- Front bedroom gets street noise, but there is a nice tree out the window.
- Didn't feel like it was a good value for the price.
