We had a great stay at the Captain’s Seaside Retreat! The house was very clean and comfortable. The only downfall was ad the hot tub. We chose to stay at this house because it included a hot tub but it was dirty and hand a ton of sand in it. The maintenance crew was awesome and tried to g

We had such a great time! The house was very well-kept, it felt so comfortable and like a home! We loved the short walk to the beach. We will be back!

The property was new. Unfortunately, there were some maintenance issues. The ceiling fans were really loud in the master bedroom and living room. They made terrible noises. They would also come on and off at random. The master bedroom ceiling fan and ceiling fan light kept going on and off all night, waking me up several times. This also occurred in the living room. I called management twice, but they never came to fix it. The lack on maintenance was the main issue with this property.
