A localização é boa ! A Proprietária muito solicita , nos ajudou com ventilado 😀 e muito comunicativa , tive umas dificuldades por motivo do meu inglês pessimo mais ela foi super simpática conosco
Por ser muito pequeno studio , sentimos muito calor lá , na semana que ficamos lá fez muito calor , além do ventilador ligado todas as noites deixávamos a porta dos fundos aberto para refrescar mais , nisso vinha tanta a falta de privacidade porque os vizinhos de trás dava para observar tudo dentro do studio porque se fechasse a porta dos fundos iramos sentir muito calor então sobre privacidade falto um pouco ,

The location was just walking distance for the Train station and Town center which was idle.
The cleaning charges was a bit pricy considering how small the room was.

When I first saw the property I was concerned that it wouldn't be warm during the cold evenings/nights (temperatures were in negative figures some nights). But the single electric wall heater was more than enough to warm the room.
The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette adequate to the task of cooking light meals and the wifi very good.
Parking - Despite emailing the host twice (and getting replies stating that parking wouldn't be a problem) parking was horrendous. If you book the property you will be sent a short video showing where there are parking facilities, when you question the host you may be told (as I was) that parking on the drive outside the front of the flats is ok if it's available.
Parking on the road, in theory can be done after 6.00pm, but wherever you park, it will be in front of someone's drive. If you park in the previously mentioned drive you will be asked to move as priority is given to the front flat. Parking around the back is only possible if you have a compact car and you are prepared to move your car when someone behind you needs to get out.
What you will be offered is to park down by Howdens builders merchants, some 350m away, but only available after 7.00pm, or in Holiday Express car park, after going through a barrier as the hotel is no longer open to the public and caters only for refugees. Also 350-400m away.
And no, I wasn't keen on parking my car that far away in an area I didn't know.
In short, a great small place to stay if you have no transport. A nightmare if you do have transport.
UPDATE: To address points the host raised, it wasn't the walk of 350m to my car that bothered me, it was the fact that it was either left on a road leading to the industrial estate or within the grounds of a property catering for refugees. My car cost me a lot of money and I didn't feel confident leaving it so far away.
And I reiterate, if not for the parking, this is a nice little bedsit to stay at.
