Amazing close to Beach. Very new, modern and clean. Owner was not visible but made us feeling welcome. We got all information about place and area, personal recommendations and much more. Cool and rarely these days. Thanks
Just place a small fruit knife for better cutting fruits or great, salami or others. Another recommendation. Place some small soft rubber under the terrace chairs. More silent.

The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortably cool thanks to the AC. The bathroom was large and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location—just a short walk from the beach—was perfect. The host was friendly and responsive, quickly addressing any requests. Self check-in is great too.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, but there were a few downsides worth mentioning. The blackout curtain in the room was too short to fully block the light, which made early mornings less restful. The location, while convenient, is right next to a park and can get very noisy at night—teenagers often gather there, and loud motorcycles pass frequently.
We had booked a room with a pool but didn’t end up using it, as the water was quite cold and the pool wasn’t heated. Additionally, we had a sun umbrella on our terrace which was taken by the host on the morning of our second day. Although she promised to return it the next day, that never happened. It was taken because of a serious problem with wasps.

The apartment is new and modern. The landlord, although we did not meet, was very attentive and responded to our requests. The apartment was cleaned every 3rd day and bed sheets were changed once during our stay (8 days). It is very close to the beach too, which was what we were looking for.
Nothing to do with the property itself, but next to the apartment there is a small park & kids playground which is very busy till late in the evening. Teens gather there and are extremely loud till midnight and sometimes even later. They play, shout, drive motorbikes really loud, which did not meet our expectations for a quiet holiday with a kid. There are also few shopping (even food) options in New Karvali, so we were driving often to Kavala for better quality options. Yea Karvali is a bit boring, no sea-side alley with cafes & restaurants - options are rather minimal, so it does not feel much like holiday location...
