The owner ia very kind.
The location is a bit far from the city centre but sth POSITIVE : there are buses and also the guy who runs the place is always available to drive guests to the city centre by 3 €

The property was extremely cheap so great for travellers on a budget. It does the job well.
The room is falling apart a bit but this is totally worth it if you consider just how cheap the property is.
