The location. It was an easy drive to the lake. It's a large house with plenty of space.
It was not cleaned properly. The floors were dirty and the bathrooms had mould in places.
Many of the lights were not working. We lost electrical power in the lower floor on our last day.
In general it needs a significant investment to bring it up to the standards that are expected. It's as if no one really cares about the property or grounds.

The villa was spacious and suited my family well, especially as we had a floor each! The views were beautiful and the location was good.
A few safety issues were that there were no bannisters on the stairs, the garden wasn't completely fenced and the gate outside had no catch. There was no microwave and one of the showers was cold apparently.
