Het vakantiehuis is prima, de omgeving is prachtig. Een minpunt is dat er in directe omgeving geen goede zwemplek is. Aangegeven openluchtbaden zijn klein en daarom overvol en de meeste zijn alleen in juli en augustus geopend, terwijl het nu in juni al erg heet is. Het dichtstbijzijnde meer waarin gezwommen kan worden is een uur rijden. Wel een prima plek.

Ons verblijf in Senezergues begon met een lastige start. De eigenaren (2 broers) wonen niet naast de woning en je moet vooraf een tijd afspreken voor de sleutel overdracht. Dat verliep erg moeizaam. De heren spreken echt alleen maar Frans en reageren niet op tekstberichten. Ons Frans was onvoldoende voor een zinnig telefoongesprek, wat ertoe leidde dat we de Belvilla noodlijn erbij nodig waren om een afspraak te maken voor de sleutel overdracht. Die service vanuit Belvilla daarbij was erg fijn! Eenmaal allemaal aanwezig verliep de overdracht prima. Het is een mooi karaktervol oud Frans huis. Ruim en comfortabel. De badkamer was helaas niet erg schoon. Het huis heeft een mooie tuin en mooi uitzicht en de natuur in de omgeving is ook erg mooi. Het was ontzettend warm toen wij er waren, wat maakte dat wij voornamelijk wateractiviteiten hebben opgezocht (kanoën en zwemmen). In eerdere reviews werd als nadeel benoemd dat het huis direct aan de weg ligt. Wat ons betreft is dat totaal geen belemmering. Er komt amper verkeer langs. Al met al hebben wij in Senezergues prima (zij het erg warme) week gehad!
