Eenvoudig maar prima huis waar je ook met hond welkom bent. Hoewel de tuin niet volledig afgesloten is kun je de hond daar prima loslaten. Op de weg langs het huis komt alleen bestemmingsverkeer. De badkamer zou een upgrade mogen krijgen, die is wel gedateerd.

Het is een heel oud charmant huisje waarvan het interieur sterk verouderd is en zelfs een beetje vies. De bank en stoelen kunnen echt niet. Het voelt allemaal erg vettig aan. De badkamer is een ramp. Er is geen douchegordijn waardoor de badkamer blank komt te staan tijdens het douchen. Het tweepersoons bed is 140 cm breed en daar kun je wat mij betreft niet met z'n tweeen in slapen.
