About this house rental
Come experience the Napa Valley lifestyle at this centrally located home adjacent to Highway 29 and many world famous restaurants and wineries. You will enjoy vineyard and mountain views, while relaxing in a peaceful setting. Approximately 2 miles to the town of Yountville, ride a bike or take a scenic jog to town.
The fully equipped kitchen has custom cabinets with granite counter tops. Hardwood floors are found throughout the common living areas with carpet in the bedrooms. The house is approximately 2,400 square feet of comfortable ambiance you are certain to enjoy. Open and airy. When not touring wineries or dining at the valley's world class restaurants enjoy this wonderful house by taking an afternoon swim in the large pool. Relax in the family room , watch TV on the 50” HD flat screen, or shoot some pool with friends. 200 plant Cab vineyard included on property with the option of harvesting your own grapes during the harvest months. Will produce close to 1/2 a barrel. Sleeps 6 - 2 king beds - 1 queen bed. Our policy of No smoking. The house is located in the Napa country side yet there are neighbors that guest must be considerate of.

Excellent location with Yountville and Napa being equally close. Easy access to wineries, restaurants and grocery stores. Nice green space and beautiful roses surrounding the house for most of our stay. Pool service sporadic and improved towards the end of our 2 month stay. David was very responsive to our occasional requests.

We stayed here for a long weekend with 3 other couples and had the best time. The location is perfect, 2 minute drive to Yountville and close to several wineries. There was plenty of room for 8 people and the rooms were very comfortable. We loved the pool and the bocce ball set in the backyard. All in all the weekend was perfect and we'd definitely rent this house again.

This was the perfect home base for our Seattle family (eight adults, 1 child) visiting Napa for our daughter's wedding. The house was comfortable, spacious and well equipped for relaxation inside and out. Kitchen and living room were our favorite hangout for coffee in the morning or decompressing from wedding
activities later in the day. We really enjoyed the pool, wrapping up our five day stay with a fun barbecue poolside for bride and groom and close family the day after wedding. It was a great wrap up for a fabulous stay and special event. As others have mentioned the house is close to anything you might need for entertaining or supplies. David, the owner was very helpful and readily available for questions. A bit of traffic noise, but we were having so much fun it didn't matter. Would definitely recommend this house to a group visiting the area.
