Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, inklusive Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Auch sonst ist alles vorhanden bis hin zur Nespresso Maschine.
Die Wohnung ist groß und hat ein sehr gutes und modernes Badezimmer.
Sehr nett: Frühstücksutensilien standen beteit.
Einziges kleines Manko. Die Wohnung liegt an einer zur Rushhour stark befahrenen Straße innerhalb der Innenstadt. Bei geschlossenen Fenster merkt man es aber kaum und halt nur zu Stoßzeiten. Nachts ist es ruhig.

Good apartment to stay in if you're looking for something in Agios Nikolaos near city center. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The facilities were according to the level of expectations. Extremely good location, could walk towards the port and the beaches. Many cafes nearby, good restaurants etc.
There were dishes and appliances for everything you need.
We got fruit, milk, bread, muesli, water on the house - thoughtful, appreciated that!
The apartment looks great overall, all renovated and with good and functional design.
Not something that the host could change but the noise & smell - if we open the window, there was noise coming from the traffic outside and as well as gas smell. At night, in the building in front there were some noisy people - they stay on the balcony and speak very loudly/yell. Therefore, we opened the indoor windows from the kitchen and the other room but these are not enough to freshen the air.
There was an unpleasant smell coming from the plumbing - I assume this is again something to do with the building, possibly nothing that the host can change.
We could not open the wardrobe from the bedroom to put our clothes in it - it had some issues either with the sliding mechanism or because of some items placed above. We didn't want to break anything so we left it untouched.
The electric kettle was made of plastic, maybe would be better to replace it with some stainless steel one because it started to turn slightly yellow on the inside.
I could not find the detergent for the washing machine (it may be there, but i couldn't find it - found only some salt for washing machine) nor there was a dish detergent to wash by hand, but that was not too inconvenient and we didn't contact the host for such a small thing, we bought one.
All in all, nothing major - the disturbing one was the plumbing smell and traffic noise - but for the latter if you keep the windows closed, should be fine.
