Accommodation description:
This detached chalet with beautiful views and tasteful furnishings is located on the outskirts of Kirchberg in Tirol. It is ideally located to ski lifts (15 min by free ski bus). You park your car under the carport. After a cold day, warm up by the stove with a glass of wine or enjoy the hot water under the double rain shower. From the living room, you walk straight onto the spacious terrace where you can enjoy breathtaking views
From the centre of Kirchberg, you can take the new Fleckalmbahn or the Maierlbahn to the slopes of Kitzbühel
On the other side of the village is the Gaisberg, where you can go tobogganing (3.5 km long toboggan run), ice climbing and evening skiing, among other things. After a day of snow fun, you can easily store your ski equipment in the chalet's ski storage room.
In summer, Kirchberg and the surrounding area is also a wonderful holiday destination. Are you on holiday with small children? Then a visit to the Wildpark Aurach is a must. More than 200 Alpine and exotic animal species such as kangaroos, llamas, deer and Tibetan yaks live here. Furthermore, hiking is undoubtedly one of the most popular activities in Kirchberg. It is a true hiking paradise thanks to the sophisticated hiking network that unlocks more than 1,000 kilometres of hiking trails
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Die Straße ist jedoch stark befahren und der Misthaufen des dahinter liegenden Bauernhofs kann im Sommer eine Geruchsbelästigung darstellen. Sehr freundliche Haushälterin, die uns herzlich begrüßte.

Grundsätzlich ist das Häuschen okay. Man könnte aber definitiv mehr daraus machen. Es wirkt alles ein wenig heruntergekommen. Der Autoabstellplatz ist nur mit einem SUV befahrbar. Die Rampe ist wahnsinnig steil. Die Haustür des Häuschens ist eine alte Tür mit einem uralten Schloss (kein Zylinderschloss) und sieht aus, als wäre sie schon öfters aufgebrochen worden. Im unteren Schlafzimmer funktioniert die Deckenlampe nicht. Die Betten sind etwas bessere Matratzenlager. Im Wohnzimmer funktionieren Deckenlampe nicht. Die große Uhr im Esszimmer funktioniert nicht. Die Lampen in der Abzugshaube funktionieren nicht. In der Küche ist ein Rauchmelder am Fensterrahmen! befestigt. Dieser löst aus, wenn man das Licht einschaltet. Die Terrasse ist relativ verwahrlost. Im Bad gibt es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten, keine Duschtuchhaken und keinen Fön. Das Haus kann mit, ich glaube Max. 9 Personen belegt werden. Im Wohnzimmer steht aber nur eine Zweisitzer Couch und 2 Sessel. Das Fenster im unteren Treppenhaus besitzt keinen Sichtschutz so dass jeder, der an der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße vorbeifährt, direkt hereinschauen kann. Um das Haus herum stand das Unkraut sehr hoch, wurde aber glücklicherweise noch während unseres Aufenthalts gemäht.
Die Gästekarten Liegen blanko auf Esstisch und müssen selbst ausgefüllt werden. Man könnte wie gesagt, definitiv mehr aus diesem Objekt machen. Es wirkt leider alles sehr lieblos was wirklich schade ist. You get what you pay for…
