We spent two wonderful nights here. The rooms are fabulous. Beds are comfortable, body shower is awesome and the entire apartment is decorated beautifully. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Location was pretty central, easy to get around!
Hello,
1) The pictures were not an accurate representation of the physical property which was chosen for its cleanliness.
2) The building itself smelled cleaned. However, the property was quite run down, either not taken care of and maintained. This was surprising since the property is relatively new.
3) Indoor parking was charged at 200.00 US for 5 nights. We know through documentation that the actual price is 175.00 for a full month. We anticipate some increase. However, the upcharge is outrageous. Also, speaking with two other couples we were all charged different daily indoor parking rates!
4) The communication with Booking.com was horrendous! This was my first experience with your company. I made several attempts to get the property information prior to leaving Canada. I outlined my questions and was not given all of the answers required to access the property. For example, the most important things being the apartment access code and parking details. Please review our emails if you want to verify this. Once we arrived I had to call the “management” team to get all the details. I was told that they had sent it via email….we checked multiple times and there were no emails with the required details. Interestingly enough, the emails came after we were in the premises.
5) The deposit was requested in cash only, as was the parking. Any other property we have stayed at, has put this on our credit card and the deposit was returned to our card when we departed.
Ok, so we pay cash for the deposit only to be told by “management” that they do not issue a receipt. Would you give someone 400.00 and not want a receipt showing you have paid? In todays day and age this is not an acceptable practise. We don’t know that the cash deposit will be given back after inspected and before we leave. After insisting, the lady we were texting with did end up sending us an email to state they had received the 400.00.
