Location was easy to find with easy freeway access. Late check-in worked well. You had a luggage cart available for our numerous and heavy bags. The whole building looks relatively new, clean and nice. We didn't use any of the other facilities such as the pool. Parking was easy and we used the front portico extensively during loading to avoid the rain. The bed was comfortable for me. The shower was large and very accessible for our blind companion. The combined closet door-bathroom door-mirror was unique.
The bed was fine for me but too soft for my wife. The sheet was tucked in very short so it didn't reach the pillows. We couldn't figure out how to set the fan on a low speed for sleeping. We switched off the entire system to avoid the high speed fan. The breakfast was average at best. We've had better at other Hamptons, where some meals have been sumptuous. The reservation system is confusing. While I found rates readily on third-party sites, I wanted to reserve directly with the hotel but could not find a direct website. Each internet try led to a 3rd party. So I paid more via a 3rd party than I would have otherwise. I was told to download the Hilton App to make direct reservations easier but I don't want the constant advertising that results from such a download.
At the hotel there was an added charge for "incidentals", defined as protection should something be broken. That was never clarified during the reservation process but only at check-in. It is claimed the charge will be refunded and we are waiting.

I love the breakfast options at this location and one of the reasons I stay here.
The rooms need to be vacuumed under the beds once in a while. Before checking out, I look and make sure we pack everything and not missing anything. I looked under the bed and it was dirty and had a balloon that wasn’t ours.

I liked the breakfast it was really good and actually tasted good.
I didn’t like that only one elevator worker during our stay to accommodate 5 floors of people was a lot of waiting time specially for breakfast. Didn’t like how dark the rooms felt needed more light or even white lighting.
