Clean and cosy house. Clear instructions on how to access. Very handy for Beeston amenities, and 3 mins walk from local tram stop to the city centre

The location is tucked away very close to the High street in Beeston so very convenient . Tram stop not too far either. The off road parking is a big attraction for us. Inside the house is very welcoming, generally well equipped and very comfortable bed. Because of it's location, don't expect a view, the back of the house looks onto an industrial block but it really isn't an issue. if the kitchen was supplied with a vegetable knife and a smaller saucepan for boiling an egg, it would have been perfect for us. The space was very warm and comfortable.

The photographs online need updating. The entrance has very worn carpet. Mattresses need changing as not comfortable and very soft this was the same for the pillows. Overall not as good as we had hoped for.
