About this apartment rental
Charming flat in the legendary Les Gets residence! The duplex flat on the 6th floor (without lift) sleeps 6 comfortably, and comprises a large living room with access to the balcony from which you can admire the sublime view of the ski area, a fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room, a sleeping area on the first floor, as well as a shower room and a bathroom with bath and separate WC. Bed linen and towels not provided. Public car park with private parking space.
The flat
Located on the top floor of the residence, accessible by stairs, the flat is as follows:
- Entrance hall with cupboard and wardrobe
- Living room with sofa, dining area for 6 people, TV with blue ray and smart box TV
- Fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
- South-facing balcony with magnificent views of the ski area
First floor:
- Landing with wardrobe and double bed (140 x 190)
- Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and bunk bed (90 x 190)
- Bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer
Close by
- Quiet residence close to the town centre
- Local shops: butcher, baker, supermarket, restaurants, bars, cinema, bowling alley
- All of Les Gets is within walking distance of the residence
Activities
The flat is located in a winter and summer resort.
- In winter: skiing, snowshoeing, dog-sleigh rides, hiking, sledging...
- In summer: mountain biking on Europe's longest trails, tennis, paragliding, microlighting...
- The residence also has a free private tennis court.
Transport
- Public car park with allocated space [allocated space temporarily unavailable due to ongoing works].
- Free shuttle service during school holidays just a few metres from the residence.
- Geneva airport 1 hour away by car
- Bonneville railway station 30 minutes away by car
- Shuttles and buses to Les Gets
- Motorway access nearby
Additional services available from the concierge:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost: double bed kit 30€, cot kit 25€, bathroom mat 4€, set of tea towels 3€, beds made on arrival 18€. (Rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Umbrella bed hire 15€ per week, and baby chair hire 15€. (Hire and payment to be made through our local partner).
- Provisioning service
IMPORTANT, these services must be booked 1 week before your arrival and requested preferably by e-mail. If they are requested on the day of your arrival, a supplement of 42€ will be applied for travel to obtain them.

- Pets accepted- One pet is accepted free of charge, please specify when booking.
- 10 min ascent
- Work is being carried out by the local council on the outside of the accommodation to make it easier to access using a funicular. The work is due to be completed by the end of February 2026.

🙂 The host was lovely when they got there and the appartment was just what we needed. Took a little while to get to us once we arrived however they we injured so not really their fault.
🙁 that the lift up to the building was not working. I meant aLOT of stairs to get to the building which was difficult with luggage."

La Bouillandire The apartment is modern and well equipped, it’s about a 5 min walk into Les Gets, so we’ll located. We were a group of 5 and the space was OK for us! Very clean and well appointed (great kitchen space). Good AV set up (although we never used it!).
