Lovely spacious building in a quiet rural location. Not far from Lincoln we parked at the Waitrose Park and ride and caught bus to Lincoln on a few occasions. Interior was decorated very pleasantly with lots of home comforts. Kids were entertained with pool table and lovely hot tub. Had a lovely time with family celebrations.

Hot tub , open plan kitchen , good location for getting into Lincoln
Needed more pans, oven trays. Robes and maybe blankets/ throws for sitting outside, more clearer sign post from main road

The home was furnished beautifully and to a high standard. It was spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was provided even down to dishwasher tablets! The owner was very friendly and helpful and easy to contact. Very tranquil location. We felt relaxed immediately. Children loved the pool table!
