Discover your perfect Asheville escape in this cozy remodeled 2-bedroom cottage with a fire pit & tree swing. Just minutes to downtown and the Biltmore Estate, ideal for small groups & families.
Pets are welcome. We charge $20 per dog per night as our standard pet fee.
The Space:
Take a break from the ordinary and indulge in a luxe Asheville retreat nestled close to major attractions like the stunning Biltmore Estate and bustling downtown. Our charming 2-bedroom cottage is the perfect sanctuary for up to four guests, embracing the warmth of North Carolina while offering all the amenities you need for a memorable vacation.
Step inside, and you'll find contemporary design woven seamlessly with homely comforts. The master bedroom boasts a sumptuous queen-size bed and a large flat-screen TV, providing the ultimate space to unwind after a day of exploring. The second bedroom features a cozy full-size bed, ensuring restful sleep for all guests. We also have a queen size air mattress in the living room closet. Our well-stocked kitchen is perfect for the culinary enthusiast, complete with stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker. The open-concept layout means you can enjoy movie nights on the large curved TV, as laughter and stories echo through the lovingly-designed space. But the true heart of this vacation haven lies outside. Our spacious back deck is home to the propane BBQ grill, just waiting for you to grill out this summer. Roast some marshmallows and enjoy evenings under the stars with your loved ones around the firepit. For the kids (or the young at heart), take a seat on our tree swing in the backyard. We are pet friendly and only charge $20 per dog per night.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy full access to the entire house, back deck, concrete patio, and carport areas. The convenient laundry unit is available in the basement, with a door labeled "Man Cave." Check-in is a seamless experience with our smart lock for self-check-in.

Getting Around:
Car is recommended. Uber/Lyft are readily available in our area. We are very close to Interstate 40. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals.

Our cottage is a prime location for those looking to experience Asheville's vibrant atmosphere, with an array of restaurants and bars nearby. Venture into downtown Asheville, a mere five-minute drive away, and explore the city's thriving food and drink scene. Nature enthusiasts will also appreciate our cottage's proximity to the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway for stunning hikes. Celebrate important holidays like Independence Day, Labor Day, or Thanksgiving at our cottage. Our property offers the ideal space for festive dinners and memorable outdoor moments. Looking to make the most of the summer season? Asheville's natural beauty is on full display during this time, inviting guests to hike & explore the outdoors. Parking is conveniently available on the premises. A car is recommended for easy exploration but Uber/Lyft options are readily available in the area. We're also close to Interstate 40, offering further convenience for your stay. Please respect the quiet hours between 10pm-8am, and adhere to our no smoking and no parties rules. This was a lovely and well kept home away from home! We had our Thanksgiving dinner here! Kitchen and bathroom are superb! Beds were very nice! Close to everything! Will come back!!

The house itself was very nicely renovated and clean. The owner, Jennifer, communicated well and was extremely friendly. However, upon arrival at 5 PM, the cleaning woman was still present, didn’t mention who she was until we asked and immediately handed us the keys directly without verification. Also, curtains are missing from the back rooms, which face a “Holler” in a rather rough area of Asheville, North Carolina. Numerous free range dogs and cats down the unpaved side roads the home is located on. Additionally, a seemingly permanent 5th wheel was plugged directly into the side of the rental home and had their generator running 24/7. Although we never actually saw anyone enter or exit the 5th wheel itself, we know that the tenants were using the laundry facilities downstairs, which we thought were private. Lights were noticed to be turned back on after leaving and coming back to the home, specifically more often in the downstairs level. If you intend to simply lock yourself inside, don’t need to use the laundry facilities nor the exterior of the property, then this home is suitable for a shorter term stay.
