A very peaceful retreat with beautiful mature gardens in the countryside near Coín (3 km) and only 30 minutes from the Málaga airport. Ideal for people who like to combine a rural stay with excursions to the beautiful cities of Andalusia. The interior is furnished in a simple style.
Location and outside area
Nice little villa surrounded by magnificent mature gardens with trees, abundant vegetation and some lawn offering complete privacy, quietness, and nice views on the surrounding landscape from the balustrade of the veranda. Located in the countryside, a 5-10 minute drive from Coín. The garden also features a barbecue area and a swimming pool (8x4 m ; 1m - 2 deep) surrounded with artificial grass. There is a little veranda with views on the garden.
Inside and lay-out
The accommodation is all on one floor and comprises a lounge, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. The interior will strike you by its simplicity compared to the luscious splendour of the exterior. The living room has a sofa, 2 armchairs, open fireplace, and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ringed gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. The bedrooms sleep 4 persons: the master bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom 2 single beds. A complete bathroom has an over bath shower, WC, bidet, and basin.

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf hier en zijn heerlijk tot rust gekomen! Een mooi huisje met alles erop en eraan en de tuin is prachtig aangelegd met palmbomen en fruitbomen. We hebben elke dag gezwommen in het goed onderhouden zwembad. Een huurauto is zeker aan te raden omdat je alleen via een lang hobbelig grindweggetje bij het huis komt...maar dan kom je ook wel terecht op een plekje met heel veel rust en privacy! Het enige nadeel was het blaffen van de honden van de buren 's nachts...voor de rest zou ik iedereen dit prachtig gelegen huisje zeker aanraden!!!

Wij hebben hier 5 dagen gezeten en heerlijk genoten van het huis. Het zwembad is groot, de omgeving rond het zwembad heerlijk, genoeg ruimte en de palmbomen en uitstraling van het huis geven je het gevoel dat je ergens in Hollywood zit. Met de rustige, landelijke ligging heb je wel een auto nodig. De Carrefour is op 5 minuten rijden, handig om inkopen te kunnen doen.
De enige minpunt was het kleine bed, dat oncomfortabel lag met twee personen.
