The staff were very helpful and friendly and advised us on where to walk, where to wait for the ski bus. The location was good for skiing, a lovely well run comfortable, very clean hotel, with swimming pool and sauna.
The only aspect is restaurant facilities in the evening- would be good to have an evening meal at the hotel, because restaurants in the village were all booked.

The room was very large with a separate seating area. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking.
The lighting in the sitting area. A TV in the sitting area rather than the bedroom.
